Hypnotherapy
What is Hypnosis and How it works Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, where you are able to open your subconscious mind to beneficial suggestions that will help you reach your desired outcome. The process of hypnosis gives the subconscious mind a suggestion for change or improvement. Hypnosis can assist with many issues or concerns such as weight loss, self-esteem, overcoming phobias, fear of public speaking, unwanted habits such as smoking and procrastination. It can also assist with inner resources, such as creativity, insight, interpersonal growth, spiritual growth and overall wellness. The success of a hypnosis session depends highly on the motivation of the client. Some goals are reached immediately, others take more reinforcement as each individual and issue is different.​ The chart below indicates brain wave patterns that are produced by the human brain every day. Past life Regression
Past life Regression Past Life Regression (PLR) is a therapeutic tool that provides us with an understanding that we are eternal beings (souls) who live many lifetimes. We choose each life (on a soul level), as a means of learning the lessons we have set out for ourselves, in the current life, or any unresolved issues from a former life. Past Life Regression provides the opportunity to find the answers that we seek to assist us in overcoming issues or concerns in our current lives. The facilitator creates a warm and safe environment for the session while the individual’s Higher Self (via the subconscious) directs the session and brings forth the necessary information for guidance and healing that is most relevant to the current life. Traditional Usui Classes
Level 1 - Self-Healing - $150 Level 1 class- 4- 5 hour Students are provided a comprehensive understanding of the foundational principles and techniques of Reiki. Such as, what is Reiki, the history of Usui Reiki and how it can and will impact their life. They will gain an understanding of the 7 Major Chakras, the 5 Reiki Principles and receive the Level 1 attunement. After receiving their Level 1 attunement they will embark on their 21-day self-healing journey. This self-healing journey will prepare them to move on to Level 2 journey. The Healing of others as a practitioner. Level 2 - Healing Others - $250 Level 2 class - 8 hours Students will build upon the foundations of the Level 1 class. They will learn Reiki symbolism, how, when and what they are used for. They will be provided with the different methodologies of how to heal clients, sending Reiki energy across time and space, and the utilization of the Chakras to identify the body’s healing needs. They will receive suggestions on hand placement for healing various areas and organs of the body. We will discuss how to prepare yourself, your environment and your client for a healing session. Lastly, students will receive all the Level 2 attunements allowing them to channel the Universal energy for the healing of others. Lots of hands-on work in this class. It will require practicum work after the class has been completed. Practicum- Complete five 30-minute sessions with the Reiki Instructor for observation, guidance and feedback. You will need to provide 5 individuals to practice on. Level 3 - Master level - $350 Level 3 - 4-5 hours This class is designed for those who would like to become a Reiki Master. The class provides Master level attunements, Master level symbolism, the use when and how to incorporate them into the Healing session and how to pass attunements on to others. This class does require you to have some Practitioner time completed in Healing others. Generally, the universe will speak to you to let you know when it is time. Teacher Instructor Class - $150 This class is designed to help you become an instructor, how to prepare for a class, and what to teach. This class can be incorporated into the Level 3 Master class
